THE ROLE We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to support and guide our Fleet Services Team, while actively contributing to delivering outstanding service to our customers. What You’ll Do Support and oversee fleet services processes, including fuel cards, infringements, tolls, and related administration. Work alongside the team to ensure customer queries are resolved quickly and effectively. Serve as the first point of contact for team members on system or process issues, offering direction, guidance, and problem‑solving support. Coach, mentor, and cross‑train team members to enhance skills, engagement, and team capability. Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems to boost efficiency, compliance, and service quality. Assist the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation, communications, and broader operational support. ABOUT YOU You're approachable, supportive, and thrive when helping others succeed. You bring strong administrative or customer service experience, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
