Super Star Project Manager – Residential Communities Reclaim Solar Energy is a fast-growing leader in the solar industry, delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and government projects across NSW FOCUSSED IN THE HUNTER REGION. As we expand our portfolio of major residential community projects, we are seeking a driven and organised Project Manager to oversee installation delivery, ensure quality, and maintain our reputation for excellence. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple residential solar estate projects from planning through to completion. The Project Manager will ensure coordinating and maintaining schedules, ensuring safety and compliance while ensuring the team upholds the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Delivery Plan, coordinate, schedule and oversee all stages of multiple residential community projects from acceptance through to final handover Monitor and report on site progress, ensuring all works are delivered efficiently, on time and to specifications Approve completed/progress works for invoicing (coordinate with Accounts) and ensure all installations and compliance requirements meet company, client and government standards Maintain a steady workflow across all sites, resolving issues before they impact progress Liaise directly with builders, site managers, and installers to ensure quality workmanship Address onsite issues promptly and professionally, maintaining alignment with Reclaim Solar Energy’s expectations Procurement & Resource Management Track and forecast procurement levels for each site, ensuring materials and equipment are ordered ahead of time Coordinate logistics to avoid delays or shortages across active projects Coordinate with the team to manage staff allocation and availability Safety, Compliance and Quality Maintain a strong safety culture across all sites Ensure Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) are current, accessible, and adhered to Conduct regular site safety checks and enforce compliance with WHS regulations Complete QA’s as per requirements of the customer/client Lead by example Ensure all government and client documentation and compliance is completed and meets requirements Manage all defects or service calls prior to handover in line with client requirements Quality & Professional Standards Uphold Reclaim Solar Energy’s standards for workmanship, quality and presentation Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance and a well-presented work vehicle Represent the company with professionalism at all times, protecting and enhancing its reputation Collaboration & Company Culture Work collaboratively with internal departments including Operations, Engineering, Accounts and Procurement to achieve project outcomes Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused company culture Offer improvement suggestions and take initiative to implement positive changes Contribute to our culture in a positive way Growth & Development Stay current with emerging solar technologies, products, and standards.
