The business is highly acquisitive, growing quickly, and offers genuine exposure to senior leadership, complex transactions, and strategic decision-making. The Opportunity As the Corporate Development Manager, you will be a key contributor to the organisation’s long-term growth strategy. Working closely with the GM of Corporate Development and partnering directly with the executive team, you will support and execute the company’s M&A agenda, financial planning processes, and broader commercial initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to transition in-house from investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, or a top-tier consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition, divestment, and strategic partnership opportunities Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, market scanning, and due diligence Build and present investment cases and board-level reports Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and key business units Prepare and compile monthly Board reporting packsConduct ad hoc financial and operational performance analysis across the Group Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes About You You will bring: 3–6 years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking, transaction services, private equity, or similar Strong financial modelling and analytical capability FP&A experience with proven ability to work across large datasets A commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality outputs at pace Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics or similar (CA, CFA or MBA advantageous) Click Apply Now to send you resume or call Matilda at Grant Executive Search on . #J-18808-Ljbffr
