Senior Procurement Specialist – Troocoo Troocoo is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our client’s procurement team on a fixed‑term contract. This role will be responsible for strategic sourcing and some post‑award procurement activities. You will be responsible for driving value and delivering commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance and sourcing for a key procurement activity. Influence and support key stakeholders to improve procurement practices and compliance across the business. Manage both sourcing and procurement activities, along with post‑award activities such as contract variations and cancellations. Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations with suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders. Present to executive‑level and C‑suite stakeholders. Contribute to and continually develop contract and supplier performance management strategies. Provide advice on matters relating to procurement processes and contracts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs. Skills and Experience Proven experience in Sourcing Manager / Category Management / Procurement Manager / Senior Specialist role, conducting large‑scale sourcing procurement activities. Strong commercial acumen. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
