What You’ll Do As the Country Manager for ANZ you will be the ultimate owner of our regional success. You will : Be a Growth Catalyst : Lead our sales strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand driving new logo acquisition and expanding our footprint within our existing customer base. Build & Inspire : Recruit mentor and lead a high‑performing sales team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement. Lead the Charge : Act as a true general manager for the ANZ region orchestrating the efforts of cross‑functional teams including sales engineering business development and operations to achieve a unified vision and exceed ambitious goals. Forge Strategic Partnerships : Develop and nurture key relationships with our most important enterprise and commercial customers becoming a trusted advisor and champion for their success.
