What You’ll Do As the Country Manager for ANZ you will be the ultimate owner of our regional success. You will : Be a Growth Catalyst : Lead our sales strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand driving new logo acquisition and expanding our footprint within our existing customer base. Build & Inspire : Recruit mentor and lead a high‑performing sales team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement. Lead the Charge : Act as a true general manager for the ANZ region orchestrating the efforts of cross‑functional teams including sales engineering business development and operations to achieve a unified vision and exceed ambitious goals. Forge Strategic Partnerships : Develop and nurture key relationships with our most important enterprise and commercial customers becoming a trusted advisor and champion for their success. The Skills You’ll Bring We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven leader who isn’t afraid to innovate. You will have : Proven Leadership : A history of successfully leading a technology business in the ANZ market with a clear record of driving significant revenue growth in enterprise and commercial segments. Exceptional Vision : The ability to see the big picture and create a cohesive strategy that aligns sales efforts with broader business goals. A Collaborative Approach : The capacity to inspire and manage diverse teams coupled with an open team‑based approach to leadership.
