We’ve got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands Both our builders and maintenance clients are flat tack And we have big plans to make the start of 2026 a great year Now, if you’re not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is we offer a $500 referral fee when we hire the person you refer. You get a company vehicle and the latest iPad Get up to a $5000 sign up bonus(after 6 months) If you’re relocating, we’ll help with any moving costs up to $1,000 Uniform and boots provided A paid day off for your birthday Beers, barbeques and lots of fun social events – you’ll need a sense of humour A boss who looks after you – Will is well known for being a ‘goodbugger’ Duties include: Diagnose and repair faults on refrigeration equipment including cool rooms, freezer rooms, ice machines, display fridges, bar facilities and all other general refrigeration work Repairs and maintenance on split, cassette, ducted, room, packaged and evaporative A/C units Experience in new installations both refrigeration and air‑conditioning What you'll be doing: Installing, testing and maintaining air conditioning / refrigeration systems Troubleshooting and resolving issues and faults Upgrading and modifying existing systems Residential and Commercial maintenance Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards Here’s what we need from you: Minimum 1-year qualified trade experience Hold a current C class driver’s license. Current Construction Card Current QLD Restricted Electrical Licence Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices. Honest and trustworthy. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
