We specialise in innovative approaches and the latest technologies to deliver the best quality projects in the safest way possible. POSITION SUMMARY Due to our upcoming workload and scheduled programs, we currently have opportunities for experienced asphalt crew members to join our highly experienced surfacing teams. ABOUT YOU You will have previous experience in the construction industry with a passion for teamwork and quality results. In addition, you will have: 2-4 years proven experience within the road pavement industry essential Previous experience operating paver, skid‑steer, multi‑tyred roller and steel drum roller Strong asphalt knowledge and awareness Can‑do and positive attitude, team player Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships Own reliable transport Flexibility to work night shift, overtime and weekends as needed Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical including a drug and alcohol test Hold a white card and a Bitumen Safe ticket Current and valid driver’s licence WHY JOIN ELITE ROADS?
