We provide expert techno‑functional support across a complex ecosystem of Oracle platforms that power essential business processes - from payroll and workforce rostering to procurement and financial governance - supporting over 180,000 employees and millions of transactions monthly. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing complex system escalations and multi‑platform dependencies, working closely with Oracle, vendors, and internal teams to drive seamless service delivery. You’ll support a diverse range of enterprise systems, including Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle Cloud modules, and custom applications, playing a vital part in NSW Health’s ongoing digital transformation and business excellence. In this role, you will: Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle ERP Cloud (Procurement & Finance), covering requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, invoicing, and workflows. Manage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 production support incidents, defects, and escalations effectively. Lead quarterly Oracle ERP Cloud upgrades, including impact assessment, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment. Perform end‑to‑end SIT to ensure stability, accuracy, and compliance of ERP system changes before release. Use strong SQL and troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve data, interface, and workflow issues. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, maintaining clear communication under pressure, following ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes. This role is internally referred to as Senior Digital Specialist - ERP. About You We are looking for: Deep Oracle ERP Cloud (Procurement & Finance) expertise with hands‑on production support and swift resolution of Level 2 & 3 incidents. Proven leader of Oracle ERP Cloud upgrades, driving impact assessments, SIT, UAT, and smooth production rollouts. Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and fix data, interface, and workflow issues. Skilled stakeholder communicator with solid grasp of ITIL incident, problem, and change management in complex settings. Experience with Oracle PaaS custom extensions, integrations (OIC, SOA, APIs), and custom Oracle solutions in large enterprises will be highly advantageous. Agile and Waterfall savvy, excellent documentation skills, and background in large‑scale healthcare or government projects.
