About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Insolvency Supervisor/Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical capability across formal corporate insolvency matters, a proven ability to manage files end‑to‑end, and confidence leading and developing junior staff. You will take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of external administrations, work closely with senior leadership, and provide high‑quality service to stakeholders including directors, creditors, lenders, and legal advisors. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency files, including voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and restructuring engagements. Oversee statutory compliance, investigations, reporting and creditor communications. Conduct financial analysis, stakeholder interviews, and prepare detailed insolvency reports. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and reviewing work. Drive workflow planning, file strategy, and commercial outcomes across engagements. Liaise with directors, accountants, solicitors, lenders, and regulators (ASIC/ATO). Support partners with business development opportunities and practice initiatives. Attend creditor meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve complex queries. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements. Skills & Experience 4–8+ years of experience in insolvency, restructuring, or turnaround advisory. Strong technical knowledge of the Corporations Act and insolvency legislation. Demonstrated ability to manage files independently and supervise staff. Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to deadlines. ARITA qualifications (completed or in progress) highly regarded. CA/CPA qualification preferred but not essential.
