Housekeeping - McQuoin Park Employer: Catholic Healthcare Location: McQuoin Park, Waitara Position type: Permanent, Part-time or Casual across Catering, Laundry & Cleaning Pay rate – $31.70 per hour + superannuation + casual loading charges Not-for-profit employer, so pay less tax About The Role Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents rooms. Support your peers and maintain a co-operative team spirit. Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures. Qualifications A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally. Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people. Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families. A reliable team player. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
