We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the team in Revesby on an ongoing basis (Monday – Friday from 7AM‑3PM). Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email. Process quotes, sales orders, and delivery schedules accurately. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to meet customer requirements. Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with technical questions. Resolve issues and follow up with customers in a timely manner. Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role (construction industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
