Customer Service / Admin Support – Trade Industry (Sydney-Based) Fast-Paced, Supportive Environment | B2B & B2C | Electrical, Plumbing, & HVAC We’re on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable Customer Service Representative / Administration Dispatcher professional to join our growing team in Sydney We’re a busy trade business delivering electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services across both Sydney and Melbourne , working with a mix of residential (B2C) customers and commercial/insurance clients (B2B) . No two days are the same – and that’s exactly how we like it. What you’ll be doing: Answering and managing high volumes of inbound calls from customers and client Handling and dispatching B2B work orders , scheduling jobs, and managing follow-ups ️ Assisting with email correspondence , tracking jobs, and updating clients Preparing trade reports , supporting field technicians, and liaising with suppliers Supporting other general office duties as required – you'll be wearing a few hats About you: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love learning new things You're highly organised with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to action tasks ️ Confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner Comfortable juggling a mix of admin, customer service, and coordination tasks Previous experience in a trade, construction, or service-based environment (not necessary, but would be a great bonus) ♀️ Be part of a tight-knit and energetic team with plenty of support Learn all sides of the trade industry from people who live and breathe it Opportunity for long-term growth and career development A role that keeps you on your toes – no repetitive tasks here Ready to jump into a role that keeps you engaged and evolving?
