Your New Role We welcome interest from candidates at different stages in their careers: Account Executive Ideal for experienced commercial insurance professionals who enjoy managing their own portfolio. At Crucial, you’ll step into a small–medium sized established portfolio—a genuine opportunity to take ownership without needing to build from scratch. You’ll work closely with the senior team and have the autonomy to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients while continuing to build your portfolio. Candidates applying for Account Executive roles must have: Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance advice Desire to grow professionally, with a clear interest in continuing education and development. Account Broker Suited to those with some industry experience who are ready to take the next step. This role offers structured development, technical exposure, and a clear pathway into account management. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable team committed to mentoring and professional growth. Candidates applying for the Account Broker role must have: Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification (Tier 1 desirable) 1–2 years of experience in general insurance or commercial broking Desire to grow professionally, with a clear interest in continuing education and development. For the Trainee/ Assistant Broker Pathway Perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, analytical capability, and a genuine interest in the insurance industry. This is a pathway role ideal for candidates from financial services, banking, mortgage broking or similar environments. Applicants must be willing to complete Tier 2 Insurance Broking.
