Bridgewise Insurance – Alexandra Headland QLD Bridgewise Group is a specialist brokerage with a strong presence in high‑value homes, prestige and enthusiast vehicles, and quality SME - Mid Market risks. Through our brands Luxury Home Insurance and Luxury Car Insurance, we work with clients who expect a higher standard of advice, service and claim support. We’re growing, our lead flow is strong, and our existing brokers are at full capacity – so we’re looking for an experienced broker to join the team and help us take things to the next level. The Role You’ll be responsible for: Handling inbound, qualified leads across LHI and LCI (and selected Bridgewise leads where appropriate). Conducting needs analysis and providing advice‑driven insurance solutions for high‑value homes and prestige motor risks. Preparing quotes, recommendations and proposal documents in line with our internal processes. Liaising with underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve queries. Managing new business through to binding and smooth handover into our service model. Supporting an outstanding claims experience by working closely with clients and insurers when things go wrong. This is not a cold‑calling role – it’s about quality advice, conversion and client experience. About You A general insurance broker with strong product knowledge in home and motor. Comfortable dealing with high‑net‑worth and detail‑oriented clients. Someone who enjoys turning complex risks into clear, easy‑to‑understand recommendations. Confident working with multiple insurers, portals and wordings to find the right fit. Organised, responsive and happy in a fast‑paced, inbound environment. Tier 2 General Insurance or equivalent (ANZIIF qualifications highly regarded). Requirements (ideal) Minimum 2–3 years general insurance experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with CRM and online quoting/underwriting platforms. What We Offer Competitive salary package plus commission/bonus based on performance.
