Role Description This is a casual on-site role located in Central Coast, NSW, for a Support Worker at Connect Home Care. The Support Worker will assist clients with their daily activities, including personal care, health and medication management, and recreational activities, while promoting independence and dignity. Responsibilities also include providing emotional support, upholding safeguarding principles, and helping clients navigate resources such as the NDIS. The role involves fostering an inclusive environment and contributing to building skills for independence. Qualifications Experience as a Support Worker and strong knowledge of safeguarding practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members Technical support skills to assist clients in accessing relevant digital tools and resources Ability to adapt to diverse needs and provide compassionate, person-centered care Relevant certifications, such as First Aid and CPR, and a valid driver's license Experience or understanding of the NDIS and disability support services is an advantage Capacity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, and client-focused environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
