Technical Representative – Kalgoorlie Support Mining Clients with Your Technical Expertise Do you have a mechanical background—fitting, assembly, engineering, hose & fittings—or simply a strong mechanical mind? This is a rare opportunity to step into a technical advisory role supporting major mining operations . Temporary residents and visa holders are also welcome to apply. Your Role Use your technical capabilities and problem‑solving mindset to support mine sites and customers across the region. You will be the person they trust for practical guidance, technical troubleshooting, and product support. Key Responsibilities Investigate, diagnose and document technical issues for customers in the mining sector. Manage inventory requirements and maintain accurate documentation. Provide hands‑on coaching, education and technical advice to customers and end users. Communicate directly with prospective clients to fully define technical issues and requirements. Build rapport with new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Meet sales budgets by offering sound, technically backed solutions. Use your technical knowledge to overcome issues that may impact closing sales opportunities. Work closely with the product development team to implement and manage technical proofs‑of‑concept (POCs). Deliver clear, professional PowerPoint presentations at customer meetings. Be a confident public speaker representing the brand with professionalism.
