About Your New Role Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person‑centred care plans and ensure holistic support. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and documentation. Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
