Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor will include: Customer Communication- Being the conduit between the customer and our technical team, asking the questions to gather the data, important information and the most crucial details. To ensure the customer feels looked after and satisfied that we are doing the best we can for them. Managing time– as part of the Customer Service process you will be responsible for taking face to face, phone and online enquiries and booking jobs for our technicians, ensuring their schedules are filled but not overbooked and managing customers’ expectations of when their job will be complete. Selling time– you will be the first point of contact for our customers, they will be looking for trust and support and commitment when handling their enquiries, You’ll need a bright personality, motivation to meet sales targets and dedication to excellent customer service. This is where the strong communication will make the difference. Saving time– our customers run fast-paced businesses and minimising their downtime is crucial. You can save time by managing our workflow Previous Customer Service experience is a must for this role, but don’t be concerned about knowing the truck industry. We can teach you trucks if you bring your superstar personality to our team, if you want that next level challenge, we can offer it.
