Job Description Responsibilities Working time: 7 : 40 AM - 4 : 30 PM from Monday to Friday. Class size: Each class has up to 15 - 25 students. Teaching load: 20 periods per week, with each period lasting 40 minutes. Plan and teach engaging primary English lessons weekly, following the school standards, using varied methods. Create a warm,inclusive,and positive classroom atmosphere. Work with a Chinese co-teacher. Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and possess experience in integrating technology into teaching. Be familiar with the inquiry-based teaching approach and have a passion for teaching. Create teaching plans and PPTs on a weekly basis. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. at least two years of teaching experience in English language teaching along with TESOL / TEFL / PGCE or a teaching license. Related teaching experience in international schools is preferred Candidates from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland are preferred. Benefits Extra Pay for Perfect Attendance: Additional income for maintaining exceptional attendance records. Teaching License Subsidy: For holders of PGCE / SACE / QTS / US license (preferred). Degree Subsidy: For those with a MASTER's or PhD degree. Yearly Performance Bonus: Earn up to 21,000 per term and 42,000 per year as a performance bonus. Housing Allowance: 4,000 RMB per month. Office Supplies Subsidy: 3,600 RMB per year for purchasing a computer or office supplies.
