We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Team Coordinator to join the Quack Team. We want someone who loves talking to people, can multitask, and has excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills. This could be the perfect role for you. About the Company Quack Pest Control is a family‑owned business in the Territory, operating in Darwin Urban & rural areas since 1968. We specialise in General Pest Control, Termite Control, Pre‑Construction installations, Renovation work, Replenishing existing Termite systems & Pre‑purchase inspections. Quack Values Trust Reliability Superior Customer Service About the Role We require an experienced Team Coordinator (Full Time or part time – 4 days – for the right candidate) who is client focused and works well in a team‑orientated environment. You will work closely with the Team Leader, Customer Service Officer and Pest Technicians to ensure a seamless client experience. Your duties will include Scheduling work orders through ServiceM8 while managing the technicians' schedules and workflow. Handling sales and customer service enquiries via phone, email and in person with a high level of professionalism, whilst providing information on our treatments and services. Maintaining all tasks through our scheduling and reminder systems in a timely manner. Assisting the Team Leader and Director with ad‑hoc duties as they arise. Key attributes for this role include A high level of attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work independently. Strong teamwork with a commitment to supporting colleagues. Well presented, reliable, and punctual. What we offer A supportive, family‑friendly team environment. Annual bonus (based on performance). 4 weeks of paid holidays per year with leave‑loading, plus an additional 1 week of paid leave over Christmas shutdown. Above‑award wages and overtime. Wage based on current qualifications and experience. Administration and customer service and/or sales background. ServiceM8 software experience highly desirable.
