Receptionist – Auto Classic BMW (Osborne Park) Full-Time | Front of House | BMW Auto Classic BMW is moving to a new location in Osborne Park — and we’re looking for a confident, polished and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our dealership group. Representing BMW, MINI and Motorrad, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, calling the dealership, or attending service appointments. If you love delivering exceptional service, keeping a busy front desk running smoothly, and working in a premium environment, this role is for you. What you’ll be doing Welcoming customers into our new Osborne Park showroom with warmth and professionalism Managing a busy switchboard and directing enquiries to the right teams Supporting sales and service with appointment bookings and admin tasks Maintaining a polished and organised front‑of‑house environment Assisting with dealership events, hospitality and customer experience moments General administration and ad‑hoc support across departments What we’re looking for A friendly, well‑presented communicator with a customer‑first mindset Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask confidently Professional phone manner and solid computer skills Someone who enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, premium brand environment Hours & Availability This is a full‑time role, with some Wednesday evenings and occasional Saturday shifts required.
