Harmony New Energy Auto Services (WSP) PTY LTD – Caroline Springs VIC We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support the daily operations of our warehouse. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth inbound and outbound logistics, and efficient coordination between warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams. About the Role Hands‑on involvement in warehouse operations combined with administrative and coordination tasks to keep everything running like clockwork. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, dispatching, storage, and stock movement Ensure goods are received, checked, labelled, and stored accurately Prepare and coordinate outbound deliveries in line with operational schedules Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner Ensure stock is stored safely and in accordance with WHS standards Coordination & Communication Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments (sales, service, admin) Support warehouse staff with task allocation and workflow coordination Escalate operational issues and propose practical solutions Administration & Reporting Maintain warehouse documentation, delivery dockets, and system records Update inventory and logistics data in internal systems (ERP / Excel / WMS) Assist with reporting on stock levels, movements, and operational efficiency Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety (WHS) requirements Promote a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment About You Essential Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination role Strong organisational and time‑management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confident using systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset Valid Australian driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia Desirable Experience in automotive, parts, retail, or fast‑paced distribution environments Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems What We Offer Stable full‑time role in a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop within operations and supply chain functions Competitive salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
