Together we care for people and their families/carers who have complex symptomatology and/or End of Life care and bereavement support needs, to deliver timely and quality Supportive, Palliative and End of Care for all people in WSLHD living with life limiting illness. Key responsibilities will be to: Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence for senior leaders Coordinate rosters, payroll, and onboarding processes Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for committees and projects Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Build strong relationships across teams and external stakeholders Ready to make a difference? Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative assistance and support to a senior executive in a complex and busy environment, supported by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgement. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with management and staff at all levels. Demonstrated excellent written communication skills including preparation of reports, briefings, minutes and agendas, spreadsheets, and databases. Proven high level organisation skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi‑task and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escape matters of importance and/or urgency. Experience in working effectively as part of a dynamic team and contributing to a positive workplace culture with the ability to travel within WSLHD facilities if required. Advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of office products and ability to effectively utilise an electronic document management system, such as HP Records Manager, rostering, and procurement tools.
