Overview Deliver compassionate psychological care to patients and families. Work in a leading hospital with a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Access professional development and research opportunities. Provide expert psychological assessment and interventions to patients and families, shaping best practice in supportive and palliative care. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments, case formulation, and therapeutic interventions. Deliver individual, family, and group counselling, including bereavement support. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and community organisations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with health record standards. Participate in supervision, education, and research activities to enhance service delivery. Essential Criteria Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology. Current general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA and Clinical Psychology endorsement. Selection Criteria Demonstrated skills and experience working with patients and carers, assessing, planning and delivering psychological services. Experience in a wide range of psychological assessments and evidence‑based treatments on an individual and/or group basis. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with diverse CALD backgrounds. High level of written clinical documentation, competency in electronic health records. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes. Application Deadline Applications close 25th November 2025.
