In this client-facing role, you'll work in an entrepreneurial, high-performance environment where your ideas and initiative are valued. Key Responsibilities Work across multiple sectors, including FMCG, retail, QSR, and telco, building strong client engagement. Integrate transactional and survey data to craft compelling, actionable insights and recommendations. Solve complex business challenges using data to inform customer experience, category strategy, market share, penetration, basket size, and consumer preferences. Support questionnaire design and contribute to improving data quality for syndicated and custom research products. Assist in automating reporting processes and developing scalable data solutions. Present findings and facilitate workshops with clients. About You Experience in consumer insights, research, or strategy, ideally in a client-facing capacity. Strong analytical skills and the ability to distil key insights from large, complex datasets (POS, survey, or both). Comfortable engaging with clients and communicating data-driven recommendations clearly. Technical proficiency with tools such as R, SPSS, Q, SAS, or similar (experience with DisplayR is a bonus).
