Project Manager, Indigenous Innovation and Experience Programs

Project Manager, Indigenous Innovation & Experience Programs Monash University is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of Indigenous components of the University’s experience agenda, including the Parbinata program. Location: Clayton campus, VictoriaEmployment type: Full‑time (part‑time 0.6 or 0.8 is possible)Duration: Continuing appointmentRemuneration: Pro‑rata of $120,138 – $132,610 per annum (HEW Level 08 + 17% superannuation) Key responsibilities Design, deliver and oversee large‑scale Indigenous programs such as Parbinata. Manage all project phases from conception to final delivery using established project‑management methodologies. Develop and obtain approval of business cases and budgets. Identify and engage internal and external stakeholders, including First Nations communities. Prepare project documentation, performance reports and milestone tracking. Coordinate post‑implementation reviews and report outcomes. Required qualifications Postgraduate qualification and extensive project‑management experience, OR Extensive management experience with proven expertise, OR Equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.
