Melbourne, Österreich Adore Beauty Group Vollzeit

Direct message the job poster from Adore Beauty Group Demand Planner – 12-Month Parental Leave Cover We’re looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our Planning & Supply Chain team on a 12-month maternity leave cover, commencing in July 2025. You'll be stepping into a key role at the heart of our operations—forecasting, analysing, and planning for a product portfolio of over 10,000 SKUs across some of the most loved beauty brands in the country. If you’re someone who loves turning data into action, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating with smart, engaged teams—this could be the role for you. About the Role As our Demand Planner, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. You’ll lead demand forecasting and inventory planning across multiple categories, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain availability, support product launches, and help us meet our commercial goals. This role is a critical connector between all areas of the business —requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach. You’ll also play a key role in S&OP reporting, seasonal and promotional planning, and inventory analysis to identify opportunities and risks across the portfolio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who loves detail, owns their work, and enjoys being part of a high-performing and values-driven team. Key Responsibilities: Own demand forecasting, stock planning, and supplier engagement across your portfolio Work closely with Category Managers to support seasonal, promotional, and NPD stock planning Monitor stock availability and flag risks (short-dated, excess, OOS) early Run regular reporting and provide insights to help drive commercial decisions Collaborate across brands, warehouse, marketing and finance to ensure plans are aligned and executed Help drive continuous improvement in planning processes and reporting Who You Are: You’re a commercially savvy planner who thrives on turning numbers into insights and insights into action. You’re just as comfortable deep in a spreadsheet as you are building relationships across teams or with suppliers. You’re curious, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities—because you know how much planning underpins business success. You enjoy working at pace, bring a sharp eye for detail, and are always thinking a few steps ahead. Whether it’s forecasting demand, solving a supply issue, or contributing to a team-wide project, you take ownership and bring others along with you. You bring: 2+ years’ experience in demand/supply planning, ideally in retail, eCommerce or FMCG Proven ability to work with large SKU counts (5,000+) and turn data into clear actions Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivots, data modelling) Familiarity with planning systems or ERP platforms (a plus, not a must) Excellent communication and relationship management skills Detail-oriented, commercially curious, and comfortable working at pace Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.) desired Working at Adore Beauty – Perks & Benefits Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. 40% team discount and access to heavily discounted salon treatments. Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning. Monthly values awards to recognise team excellence. Access to the Employee Incentive Program (STIP). Who We Are Founded in 2000, Adore Beauty has grown from a small garage start-up to an ASX-listed beauty powerhouse. With 300+ global brands and 20,000+ products, we’re driven by our mission to make beauty accessible to all. Our unique culture is built on collaboration, a positive approach, and a commitment to doing the right thing. We’re looking forward to welcoming someone who’s ready to hit the ground running and support the team through this 12-month period. Apply now and bring your planning expertise to a business that’s always moving forward. Please note, applications close 17th June 2025.
