Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we want to hear from you As a Customer Care Consultant in our National Customer Care team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued national Industrial and Retail customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be empowered to resolve issues, escalate when needed, and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience. This is more than just a service role—it’s about building relationships, driving outcomes, and representing the Blackwoods brand with pride.
