We’re looking for hands‑on, mechanically minded people to join the team at a leading beverage site in Lidcombe. Whether you’re from FMCG, trades, mechanics, or simply love working with tools, bikes, or cars — if you’re curious, practical, and ready to learn, this could be the role for you. What you’ll be doing: Operating and maintaining high‑tech production machinery Doing pre‑start checks, keeping things running smoothly, and problem‑solving on the go Stocking materials, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with your team Building skills across 1–2 key areas of the brewery during paid training Why you’ll love it: $37.95/hr incl to start — rising to $48.93/hr incl after 4–6 weeks training Flat rate across all shift Full‑time hours & genuine long‑term career opportunities Supportive training and team environment Walkthrough with the client before starting so you know the site Shifts: Peak season (December): 12‑hour day shifts, 6:00am–6:00pm From December onwards: rotating AM/PM shifts (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–12:00am) + occasional night shifts Candidates who can’t do nights may still be considered for 12hr days + rotating AM/PM shifts Mechanically minded people who enjoy practical, hands‑on work Problem‑solvers with a willingness to learn Backgrounds in FMCG, trades, plant/equipment operation, mechanics, or engineering (all valued but not essential) A forklift licence is a bonus (not required) This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to step into a stable, long‑term career with great pay, variety, and a supportive team behind you.
