Customer Advisor, Leave and Relief – Banking, Cairns Branch Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief – Banking – Cairns We are looking for a customer‑centric advisor to serve our Cairns branch and cover our Earlville and Smithfield branches. A licence and transport is essential. Hours (Monday – Friday, 30+ hours per week) Monday & Friday: 9:15 am – 4:15 pm Tuesday & Thursday: 8:45 am – 4:15 pm Wednesday: 9:00 am – 4:15 pm What you’ll do Support the Cairns branch by being the first point of contact for customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do. Identify suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions. Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure. We’d love for you to have A passion for delivering quality, gold‑class experiences for NAB’s diverse range of customers. A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate. Customer‑centric thinking and an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers. No banking experience required – full training provided.
