Senior Data and Evaluation Officer Queensland Government – Department of Justice Role: Design, develop and implement evaluation frameworks and program logics for the Courts Innovation Program (CIP) and lead the collection, analysis and reporting of program data to drive evaluation and monitoring activities. Responsibilities Develop evaluation frameworks and program logics for specialist courts and programs. Collect, analyze and report program data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. Coordinate with stakeholders to link justice process outcomes with health and community services. Provide culturally appropriate responses for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Support data and performance monitoring, visualisation and reporting for CIP specialist courts and programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Evaluation, Criminal Justice or related field. Experience in evaluation design, program logic development and data analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Indigenous justice issues and culturally responsive practices is an advantage.
