The Physio Room team is expanding, and we're searching for a motivated and ethical musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join our team. We have recently opened our second clinic at Dendy Village, Hampton Street, Brighton, a welcome addition to our initial clinic on Small Street in Hampton. We are seeking a new team member to join us in one or both of in these intentionally designed, boutique spaces. Whether you are interested in part time or full time hours, we offer flexibility and are open to discussing the role that best fits your lifestyle. To best accommodate our clientele, we do request some out of office hours availability in the week. Eg. an early morning/ late evening or Saturday availability. There is scope to increase hours and days over time; we are focussed on growing a high quality sustainable team gradually, rather than rushing to fill our new clinic. We are flexible regarding a start date, mid January 2026 onwards can be accommodated. If your availability does not align, we still encourage you to express interest. We will be looking to further expand the team over the next 12-18 months and also have a locum position available for mid March 2026 (duration negotiable, primarily Small Street Hampton location). A caseload with an enjoyable mix of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports clientele. We have a greater than 99% private caseload. A healthy multi‑faced marketing strategy , to effectively support your ongoing caseload. Professional Development support : while autonomy over your role is key, we foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. We encourage ongoing professional growth via online PD resources and regular in clinic education sessions. Collaborating and brainstorming on client care is always encouraged. Cliniko software for efficient electronic notekeeping and online booking, video analysis software to support your assessment process. Specialised assessment facilities : Clinics are equipped for running and cycling assessments. We are also open to adding additional services in the future, in line with your unique skill set. Role requirements The right to work in Australia Full AHPRA registration, please note this role is not suitable for temporary registration A minimum of 5 years experience in musculoskeletal and/or sports roles, private clinic experience preferred. Experience preferred in delivering Clinical Pilates as a 1:1 or in a group environment (both formal and informal training is acceptable) In general, a combined manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation approach to client care is a must.
