We are currently seeking the services of experienced, mature and motivated Circumstance / Factual Investigators to join our expanding WorkCover, Misconduct and Fraud Investigation Team. Job tasks and responsibilities All investigators must have the appropriate issued Private Security Licence (Investigator) to operate in the state of Victoria. Day to day and on-going support and mentoring will be provided by our Investigations Management Team. Skills and experience Exceptionally well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; A strong, proven background in all facets of investigative work – experience in WorkCover, Misconduct and Public Liability investigations will be considered advantageous; Superior time management skills are essential, along with an ability to prioritise and multitask; Demonstrated skills in record management. ASIST Certified 5 years investigation experience or equivalent exposure to meet mental health legislative requirements A current Working With Children Check There is also potential for trainee positions, depending on previous employment/experience Job benefits and perks We offer above industry rates to suitable candidates, commensurate with demonstrable experience and skill set. We have a dedicated National Training Manager who provides ongoing training and mentoring of new and experienced investigators. Positions are immediately available for casual / contractors.
