Selection Criteria Governance Strategic and Business Planning Business performance (including the ability to understand financials) Directorship Skills (In addition to the above general) Commitment to supporting the objectives of Myrtle Cottage Interest in gaining skills and experience in corporate governance, strategy, risk and business performance Board committee involvement Leadership skills Online or Remote Category Seniors & Aged Care Commitment Regular – more than 6 months Type Of Work Accounting & Finance, Business Planning, Governance, Boards & Committees, Marketing, Media & Communications Time Required The board of directors meet bi‑monthly for 2‑3 hours at Ingleburn site.
