$65,000 – $70,000 per year pending experience Sales Administrator – Norwest | Competitive salary plus Super Kickstart or grow your career with a dynamic, supportive sales team About the role We’re on the hunt for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Investor Relations team in Norwest. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll be the go‑to person who keeps everything running smoothly — from supporting our sales executives to ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience every step of the way. You’ll play a key role in client communication, sales administration, and team support, making sure no detail is overlooked. Key responsibilities Draft and send professional communications to prospective clients. Contact clients with recently settled properties. Organise thoughtful settlement gifts for clients. Coordinate referral gift card payments. Support the Investor Relations team with administration and customer service. Contribute to sales meetings and team discussions. Ensure property listings remain up to date in the CRM. Maintain accurate client records and data entry. Assist reception with calls, hospitality, and client enquiries. Manage occasional filing, post office runs, and other ad‑hoc tasks. What we’re looking for 1–5 years’ experience in sales administration or customer service (real estate or sales experience highly regarded). Confident in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to problem‑solve and think critically.
