About the Opportunity This Category Manager role sits at the intersection of consumer insight, commercial strategy and customer execution. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing your category by leveraging data, insights and cross‑functional collaboration to drive range, pricing, promotion and portfolio decisions. While Category Development forms an important component of the role, this is a true end‑to‑end Category Manager position with accountability for planning, performance and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the annual category plan in partnership with Sales Use insights and analytics to inform category, customer and commercial decisions Drive category performance across range, pricing, promotions and shelf execution Coordinate range reviews with customers, working closely with Sales to optimise range and layout Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align business, category and customer strategies Develop a deep understanding of consumers, customers, channels and competitors Support consumer‑led promotional planning and activity About You Proven experience as a Category Manager within FMCG Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn insights into clear commercial actions Experience working closely with Sales and influencing customer outcomes Confident stakeholder manager who can align cross‑functional teams Commercially savvy, organised and comfortable owning category performance What Happens Next?
