Summary Provide essential support to the school leadership team, enhancing and optimising library operations to support student learning and success Location: Marymount College - Burleigh Waters (S) Work hours: 38 hours per week Salary: $68,573 - $73,436 per annum + super Status: Full Time Continuing Contact: Martina, ****@marymount.qld.edu.au About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Providing operational support and advice on a diverse range of matters Developing and/or administering library processes and procedures and responding to inquiries Reviewing and developing local systems and providing recommendations for enhancement Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, directives, policies, and standards Supervising and training support staff as required. About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Strong operational support and advisory skills Ability to develop, administer, and refine library processes and procedures Experience in reviewing systems and recommending improvements within a library Knowledge of service delivery monitoring and compliance with relevant legislation and policies Experience in supervising and training support staff effectively For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
