Business Development / Sales Representative Founded in 1994, Dynamite Printing has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and premium‑quality print solutions to clients across Australia and New Zealand. We specialise in digital and offset printing, display signage, promotional products , and more. You’ll be joining a close‑knit, professional, and friendly team that values collaboration and community focus. About the Role As a key part of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our print and promotional product offerings. The role is based at our Dandenong South office , with frequent client visits across Melbourne. Core Responsibilities Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners Deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and product recommendations Accurately manage pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and customer service efforts Ensure client satisfaction and long‑term engagement Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade shows when required Day‑to‑Day Duties Responding to inbound sales enquiries and converting them into orders Managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients with a focus on repeat business Actively seeking new clients and working towards set KPIs Preparing customised solutions aligned with client branding and site needs Coordinating orders with production and design teams for seamless delivery Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity Developing a thorough understanding of our products and branding capabilities About You Proven track record in B2B sales or business development Background in printing, display signage, promotional products or packaging is highly advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels Self‑motivated and results‑focused with strong time‑management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits What’s On Offer Competitive base salary + generous commission structure Flexible employment options: Full‑time, part‑time, or commission‑only Secure and long‑term career opportunity with room for growth Supportive and collaborative work environment Full training and product knowledge provided Be part of a respected brand in the print industry If you’re ready to take your sales career to the next level and thrive in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment – we want to hear from you Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function & Industry Sales and Business Development Printing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
