What You’ll Need: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support Minimum 6 months of paid local experience in aged care (after certification) Two contactable aged care clinical references. Current COVID-19 and flu vaccinations . Full Australian working rights. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for caring for others. National Police Check (issued within the past 12 months) Your Role: Support residents with mobility, mealtime needs, and their individual daily routines. Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ health or wellbeing to the clinical team. Deliver high-quality personal care and assistance with daily activities, including showering, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to promote residents’ comfort and dignity. Accurately maintain care documentation and ensure records are kept up to date. Interested?
