Electrical Draftsperson – Client Side - Utilities Join a leading client-side engineering consultancy with a strong project pipeline. Work across a range of electrical and services design packages on transport infrastructure projects. Collaborative and professional environment with long‑term growth potential. Support the delivery of complex projects using AutoCAD. Deliver high‑quality electrical design and documentation for major infrastructure and utility projects, working closely with engineers and project managers across multiple sectors. Our client is a specialist client‑side engineering consultancy providing project management, design, and technical advisory services across infrastructure and utility projects. With a focus on quality delivery and trusted client relationships, they partner with both public and private sector clients on some of NSW’s most exciting and complex projects. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsperson to join the Sydney team. You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed electrical design drawings and documentation, collaborating with engineers and consultants to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and high‑quality project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have: A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Design/Drafting. Circa 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Draftsperson within a consultancy or similar environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software. Solid understanding of electrical services design, including lighting, power distribution, and communications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation. Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach. Work with a respected and growing client‑side consultancy. Exposure to a variety of electrical and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Supportive, collaborative, and professional team culture.
