A Strategic Planner provides paraplanning support to a team of advisers including reviewing strategy and preparing annual reviews for clients. As a Strategic Planner, you will perform paraplanning support and related administrative duties involving active communication with clients to ensure key client information is gathered and documentation remains current. You will be required to work closely with Advisers, other support staff, as well as Branch Managers daily. Key Responsibilities Working with Financial Planners on client strategic planning and implementation Preparation of bespoke client strategic planning advice annually Client liaison and data management Projection modelling of client strategies utilising financial planning software (Xplan/XTools+) Preparation of client portfolio annual reviews Provide ongoing technical support to Financial Planner Prepare for and participate in client meetings Ensure strict compliance with legislation and licensee standards (including OPT IN Renewal and Fee Disclosure Statements for clients) Maintain and improve advice templates Required experience/ knowledge High School Certificate or equivalent is required Degree in business/ finance/ commerce / financial planning (desirable) Strong working knowledge of Xplan and XTools+ (would be beneficial) In-depth knowledge of superannuation and retirement planning; insurance Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative and Strategy/Planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
