As part of Catholic Early Learning & Care (CELC), this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the education and care of young children in a supportive and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include: Assist in the implementation of educational programs and learning activities under the guidance of qualified educators. Support children's development through engaging interactions and meaningful experiences. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education that aligns with regulatory standards. Engage with families and build positive relationships to support children's learning and wellbeing. Contribute to maintaining accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and daily routines. Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or be actively working towards) Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and learning theories Have experience working in a similar early learning environment Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Show proficiency in implementing educational programs and activities for young children Exhibit a sound knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in childcare settings Display the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment Hold a current First Aid certificate including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training As an Early Learning Educatoryou will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children while working within a supportive team environment.
