About The Role Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Workflow Systems Developer . This is a contract role until 10 February 2026, with an extension option to June 2026, located at our client’s Canberra office. As The Selected Candidate, You Will Design and deliver Microsoft platform solutions to support internal workflows Apply systems thinking to map interdependencies across programs Create visualisations and design plans for technical and non-technical audiences Develop automation processes using Microsoft Enterprise Applications including Copilot Studio Engage with stakeholders and respond to enquiries Support system improvements and team objectives To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have Experience in Microsoft Studio/Agent design and workflow development Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Understanding of AI principles and no-code environments Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset It Is Desirable If You Have Coding skills (preferred but not essential) Experience transferring knowledge on Microsoft Copilot Recent qualifications in business process design or systems analysis Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline security clearance.
