Sideloader Drivers - Wharf Container Cartage Container Sideloader Truck Drivers- Multiple locations Lawson Port Logistics Pty Ltd, Melbourne's largest sideloader operation, is a dynamic organisation offering clients Wharf container transport with emphasis on Sideloader Container transport. Due to rapid expansion, we are currently seeking applications for qualified sideloader truck drivers to operate services for Melbourne metropolitan. Multiple positions are available from our various depots and we are looking to fill many positions for morning shifts. All drivers must hold current MSIC and valid licences (HC, MSIC). Current forklift / reach stacker licence will be extremely beneficial; successful candidates will be trained and accredited for occasional reach stacker use. Prior sideloader experience is a MUST. Responsibilities Operate sideloader truck safely in accordance with company working procedures and policies. Professionally engage with customers and delivery point personnel to receive pick-up and delivery instructions. Efficient pick up and delivery from depot, wharf, yard and client premises. Work in a safe manner at all times. Complete and submit accurate driver runsheets and other company documentation. Maintain the prime mover and sideloader trailer in a clean and safe operational state. Qualifications Good geographical knowledge of Metropolitan Melbourne. Valid licences as appropriate (HC, MSIC). Current MSIC licence. Prior sideloader experience. Knowledge of forklift / reach stacker use (beneficial).
