Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant Pay: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (Base £12.25 + holiday £1.48). Location: Ipswich Do you have an interest in retail? If so, you might enjoy a dynamic role in high-profile supermarkets, working on flexible, varied shifts. The Role Work in a variety of retail stores; travel varies by shift (own vehicle advantageous). Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management; fast‑pace, high‑standard environment. Key duties: De‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures where required. Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable for customers. Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor. Supporting the store with replenishment as needed. Shifts 10–12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Shifts managed via the Field Power platform on your smartphone. Clock in/out using your smartphone via the RAS Dashboard. Travel may be required when local work is unavailable; accommodation will be provided when needed. Key Skills / Experience Required An eye for detail. General fitness for manual handling and lifting. Hard working and ability to work under pressure. Previous retail experience (training provided). Problem‑solving and a "can do" attitude. Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
