The Role Client Success Partners are the strategic liaisons between Generate Listings and our real estate agent clients. You are the primary point of contact – handling all day‑to‑day agent interactions, managing campaigns, and driving client success to ensure sustainable business growth. You’ll manage 50+ real estate agents, serving as their strategic coach and growth partner, helping them transition from referral‑dependent businesses to scalable digital lead generation systems that consistently grow their GCI. You are simultaneously an agency representative, account manager, and most importantly, coach . We are NOT looking for "yes‑people" who do anything agents ask without critically examining whether it’s actually in their best interest. We’re looking for real estate marketing personal trainers . We need people who feel comfortable saying, "no we won’t do that, and here’s why…" to agents with misguided requests, and then coaching them towards the best course of action. Key Responsibilities: Manage day‑to‑day relationships with 50+ real estate agent clients Coach agents on lead conversion, CRM usage, and sales processes Conduct onboarding, check‑ins, renewals, and strategy calls Hold agents accountable to lead follow‑up commitments & have difficult conversations when needed Identify upsell opportunities and close renewals through consultative selling Collect testimonials and generate referrals Use data to diagnose problems and deliver solutions Drive client retention and account growth through exceptional service delivery What We’re Looking For: 2‑6 years account management, customer success, or client relationship experience Digital marketing agency, B2B services, or professional services background preferred Real estate industry experience highly regarded Sales skills – proven ability to close upsells/renewals and drive business growth Natural rapport building – quickly establish trust with clients Exceptional communication and coaching skills High‑volume account management experience (30+ accounts) Positive attitude – see challenges as opportunities Strong project management and organisational skills Self‑starter comfortable with 100% remote work Data‑driven problem solver who uses metrics to drive decisions Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook/Google Ads) Comfortable having difficult conversations and setting clear expectations What We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses with significant earning potential 100% Remote – work from anywhere in Australia/New Zealand Hours: Mon‑Fri, 9am‑5pm AEST core hours (with some flexibility) World‑class training and development programs Rapid internal promotion opportunities in our growing agency High‑performance culture with elite team members Direct collaboration with leadership team Our #1 Core Value: Extreme Ownership Taking responsibility for every outcome within your control.
