You'll be contributing to rescuing pre‑loved clothing from landfills. You'll be helping Red Cross raise vital funds to support vulnerable people across Australia. Welcoming and engaging customers. Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments. Sorting and pricing donations. Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers. Keeping the shop clean and tidy. Following all shop processes. What skills do you need? Friendly and positive attitude. Sociable and engaging with others. Happy to work as part of a team. Flexible and willing to do any of the shop tasks. Commitment to your nominated shift. Whats the application process? No need to upload a resume, just tell us why you're interested in the role. We'll then have a friendly interview in store, ask a few questions and you can ask us questions too. You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD you must be 16). Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross). You will also be required to complete an Induction into our organisation and Retail programme.
