Property Lawyer 3-5yrs PAE | Specialise in property work within the tourism, hospitality and leisure industry | Exciting deals | High-Quality Mentorship | Sociable firm | Brisbane CBD The Role You will join a busy Property & Commercial team advising on a range of real property matters across the tourism, hospitality and leisure space. You'll work under a Senior-Level Special Counsel, reporting to a Partner and handle files that include acquisitions, disposals, leasing (commercial & hospitality), development and hotel/resort-style properties. This role is ideal for someone with experience bridging property and hospitality/tourism - whether it's hotel transactions, venue leasing, hospitality-related land use, or leisure-venue developments. What You’ll Do Draft, review and negotiate sale contracts, leases, titles, and hospitality-sector property agreements. Conduct due diligence, title searches, zoning and regulatory checks (including planning, environmental, liquor licensing/regulation where relevant). Advise on hospitality venue acquisitions or disposals, commercial and retail leasing for hospitality and tourism properties, and negotiate hospitality-specific lease and operational documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and senior lawyers to deliver client-focused, commercial property solutions tailored to the tourism and hospitality industry. Who We’re Looking For Admitted lawyer with 3-5 years post-admission experience. Demonstrated experience in property law - ideally including hospitality, leisure, retail or tourism-related property transactions (acquisitions, leasing or developments). Strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a varied file load independently. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively in a supportive team environment. Why This Role?
