As Southeast Queenslands only co-educational primary Grammar school Ipswich Junior Grammar provides a high quality non-denominational education for boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 6. It shares a campus with Ipswich Girls Grammar School which caters for girls only from Years 7 to 12 with boarding available from Year 5. WHAT YOU WILL BRING To be successful in this role you will have a willingness to support the values and aims of the School and possess teaching qualifications or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers with a demonstrated capacity skills and / or experience teaching within a junior school environment. the ability to prepare and deliver dynamic teaching and learning programs to our young learners. experience monitoring evaluating and reporting on student progress across the curriculum using data analysis to inform classroom teaching and learning programs and strategies to support student learning. develop each childs confidence and self-esteem whilst acting as a role model in presentation action and communication. ability to always provide a safe and supportive learning environment. strong interpersonal skills with highly developed organisational communication and administrative skills. ability to participate in grounds supervision on a regular rostered basis.
