Senior Digital Producer

Role Overview Join to apply for the Senior Digital Producer role at HCF Australia. As Digital Producer you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day updates of the HCF website, HCF app, and various microsites, as well as governing and executing campaigns and website end-to-end user experience. You will work closely with the Digital Product team, brand and content teams, technology, and internal stakeholders across the business. You'll be motivated to ensure the experience you're creating and publishing is focused on the needs of the users and aligns with customer experience strategies. You will have a customer-focused and data‑driven approach to provide an exceptional connected experience across HCF channels; and drive member acquisition, experience, and retention. Key Responsibilities Manage ongoing content updates for the HCF website, app, and microsites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Jira, and Confluence. Collaborate with brand, content, marketing teams, and agency partners to understand business goals and translate them into compelling digital experiences. Develop wireframes and concepts that align with user needs and campaign objectives. Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and feedback to optimise user experience across all digital touchpoints. Provide recommendations to streamline internal processes and improve delivery efficiency for digital production tasks. Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns, initiatives, and business‑as‑usual (BAU) activity. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to support key digital projects. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital production, either in‑house or agency‑side. Strong hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems—preferably Adobe Experience Manager. Knowledge of Adobe suite tools (e.g. Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) is advantageous. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user experience principles. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills. Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and the flexibility to adapt quickly. Understanding of HTML/CSS, CRO, and SEO is desirable but not essential.
